What Type
of Grass do you have?
Cool Season grass (Fescue, Bluegrass) and Warm Season grasses (Bermuda,
Zoysia)

Program
- Early
Spring (February-March)
This pre-emergent application provides control of Crabgrass, other annual grasses and broad leaf weeds in
your lawn. It also has a slow release fertilizer, for a quicker spring
green
up.
- Late
Spring (Late
April-May)
This application is the second and last pre-emergent for your
lawn. It too provides control
of Crabgrass,
other annual grasses
and broad leaf weeds.
The slow release fertilizer it contains provides
the right amount
Nitrogen your lawn needs through the heavy growth Spring season. In
addition a broad leaf spray will be applied as a spot spray or blanket
spray, for control of broad leaf weeds.
- Summer
(June-July)
This fertilizer application is formulated for the stressful hot months
ahead. It has an extended nutrient release, micro nutrients
(Iron/Manganese) for improved color and high potassium for improved
plant stress tolerance.
We will also spray for any
broad leaf or grassy
weeds. (Nutsedge Control
is included)
Grub Control is included
in the summer application, it is applied as a preventive for
grubs.
- Fall
(September-October) This is
the time of year that fescue grass starts new growth and starts
preparing itself for the winter by taking up nutrients through it's
roots.
This fall application is formulated
to improve your
grass density and
encourage root growth. We will also spray for any broad leaf or grassy
weeds. (Nutsedge Control
is included)
- Winterize
(October-December)
This application has a high rate of nitrogen which helps the roots grow
stronger and store enough of the nutrients for a thicker and
greener lawn next spring.
We highly
recommend that you have your lawn Aerated.
How we do Weed
Control :
Our Grassy and Broad leaf weed control is either spot sprayed, when
minimal weeds are present or blanket sprayed in severe cases. We use
professional products with the latest in weed control technology.
Insect
and Disease Management : Insects that feed on
grass plants can do a lot of damage-often in a short period of time. By
applying the proper product at the right time, we are able to manage
these lawn-damaging insects.
We have the knowledge
to diagnose and
treat any lawn diseases that might occur.
