Design Process

On the first free Landscape Design consultation visit we will discuss with you the needs, wants and ideas of your landscape. We will also discuss colors, plants, trees, focal points, themes, hardscapes and a budget range.

Understanding some of your taste and styles aides us in the landscape design process. We will also share with you some of our ideas.

We will do a Site analysis of your property. Taking in consideration the soil, areas of sun and shade, existing trees, shrubs and hardscapes if any, the mature size and location of the plants or trees you maybe wanting.

If there is a sprinkler system or will have one, drainage, other problems areas you may have and a measurement of your property.

We then take the information we have gathered and custom design your landscape, using a 3d computer generated design software.

Upon the completion of the landscape design we will arrange a second visit to show and discuss with you the proposed design and details of it, including the cost of us doing the installation. We can also make changes to the design at this time.

If you are pleased with the proposed design and installation cost you will be asked to sign a contract which will outline the work to be completed and the cost. If you choose for us not to do the installation but would like the design you can pay for design work at this time.

All design work is billed by the hour. No designs are given to you without a signed contract or payment for the design.

Following the signing of the contract we will schedule a start date for your project. Read more on our Installation Process

When your landscaping is complete we will provide you with a booklet containing information on all your plants and the care of them.

All of our trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year from the completion date of your job. Our guarantee also includes the labor cost of removing and installing a new shrub or tree. Annuals and perennials are not included in the one year guarantee.
