Before the actual landscape installation can start, there are a few things that will need to be done.

Once a contract has been signed, we will put an estimated start date in, the reason for this is that soil samples will need to be taken and sent off for anaylsis.

This can take around 3 to 4 weeks to get the results back.

This is well worth the wait, as proper nutrients in the soil is vital for proper plant growth. During this period we will begin to order materials for your landscaping project.

While most of our landscape materials and plants are found locally, some items may need to be special ordered.

We stay in contact with you through out this process, to let you know of any delays that maybe occurring.

Once the soil anaylsis is back and all of your materals are in we will start your installation.
  • First: We will install any large trees, add topsoil if needed, grade your property and do all bed preparation.
  • Second: If a sprinkler sytem is needed, it will be installed at this time.
  • Thrid: We will install small trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials and mulch.
  • Fourth: The laying of Sod or seeding of grass.
