Pinnacle provides lawn maintenance (mowing) to Residential and Commercial customers in the Wichita area..
All of our lawn maintenance (mowing) is done on a weekly schedule. Depending on what type of grass you have will determine the number of mows you will get for the season.
Properties with Fescue grass are scheduled for 32 weeks of mowing. (1 mowing in March, then every week thru October and 1 mowing in November).
Warm season grasses (Zoysia, Bermuda) are scheduled for 28 weeks of mowing. (3 mows in April then every week thru September and 3 mows in October)
Our Weekly Lawn Maintenance includes
Mowing (Bagged or Side discharged)
Trimming
Blade Edging (curbs, sidewalks and drives)
Blowing grass off (sidewalks, drives etc)
Picking up trash in turf areas
Proper mowing is the key to a great looking and healthy lawn.
We change directions of our cutting patterns weekly, which reduce soil compaction and gives your lawn a great curb appeal
We follow the 1/3 rule, which is not to cut more than 1/3 of your grass top growth per mow
We keep our mower blades sharp which reduces the tearing or ripping of the grass blades.
Our lawn maintenance crew will be in company logo shirts and our trucks will display our name also. Our crew members are polite, neat and professional.

Other Services We Provide
Lawn Over seeding
Spring and Fall Clean ups: This service is started in November. We collect all leaves and debris, blow out all beds and areas where leaves might collect. Leaving your property in excellent curb appeal for the Winter.
Flower/Landscape Bed Maintenance: This service includes maintaining a clean and weed free bed on an as needed basis, Mulching and Planting Seasonal Flowers.
Ornamental Grass Cutting: This service is done from the end of February thru March.
Commercial Large Area Mowing: We have the Equipment and the Expertise to handle your Mowing needs
